The Burgate Group started in 1995 initially as a single company carrying out small development projects, but within a short period of time it was decided that a specialist investment company was also necessary. Since then the company has been involved in many projects including residential housing developments, office investments and industrial estates.

Our current portfolio consist of about fifty percent offices and fifty percent light industrial (b1), we also have a small number of residential units.
We are currently investing most of our efforts into our business park but will be actively looking for commercial deals in the second half of 2012.
